Today Iam Going to show you Masterchef benchmark dish Malaysian style laksa.


Ingredients:
Rice noodles
Chicken 250 gm
Paste
Lemongrass 2 tsp
Galangal 1tsp
Red chilies 4
Garlic 6
Coriander root 2 tsp
Small onion 6
Jeera 1 tsp
Dhania 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp

Oil 3 tsp
Coconut milk 200 ml
Lime 1 juice and zest
Jaggery 1 tsp
Toppings

Fried small onion 2 tsp
Boiled eggs
Spring onion
Peanuts 3 tbsp
Jaggery 1 tsp
Salt
Redchillie 2
