The only reason I stress the no Oathkeeper bit is because, and I'm ranting a bit here but, the Oathkeepers, at least for me, have lost their appeal.
As some who almost exclusively uses bows on a regular basis, enough immersion with the Le Monarque makes it feel like clockwork, so much so that Oathkeepers are now useless for me and pretty much anyone else with the bow.
The only way I see the Oathkeepers getting better is some sorta intrinsic Archer's Tempo, with an accuracy bump. Many of these unremarkable exotics need more attention.
