How to Shift from 2nd gear to 3rd gear Honda CD 70 bike in Hindi/Urdu

You want to learn bike but you do not know how to shift from 2 gear to 3rd gear when you are ridding bike.You must be aware that whenever you are ridding bike and you intend to ride it in 3rd gear because your bike is being ridden in 2nd gear.Maximum limit of speed is 20 kmp/h.Under 20 km/h, you can ride bike.But you want to shift your bike from 2nd to 3rd gear, bike speed must be at 20 or little more then you can grip clutch lever tightly then apply 3rd gear then release clutch lever: You can not slowly release, clutch lever because you are ridding it.
