This was my first time building a add in closet in a bedroom! It was a great hands on experience if I say so myself I learned a lot and the client was very pleased!
Upon request to not drill into flooring, closet frame was secured to studs in the ceiling and adjacent walls using a stud finder.
Jack stud was added late due to not knowing exact measurements but it fit quite well.
Closet dimensions were 7’x 2’ and door opening ended up being 81”x 61”

Tools used to complete job:
Miter saw, drill, stud finder and razor.
Material used: 2x4’s, drywall, razor, drywall tape/compound, screws.
