In “Jamming with Edward,” the crew heads to Earth to track down a legendary hacker who has been carving giant doodles into the planet's surface using orbital satellites. Enter Radical Edward—the barefoot, eccentric, and brilliant tech-prodigy who officially completes the Bebop family. Arianna and Maple are losing it over Ed’s chaotic energy, her "negotiation" with Faye, and the realization that the Bebop is now a full house. It’s a high-energy, technicolor romp that perfectly balances the series' darker themes with pure, unadulterated fun.

The mood shifts dramatically in “Ganymede Elegy,” a melancholy deep dive into Jet’s past. While stopping on Ganymede, Jet seeks out Alisa, the woman who left him years ago with nothing but a pocket watch and a question that was never answered. As Jet tracks down a bounty that hits too close to home, he’s forced to confront the reality that time doesn't heal all wounds—it just keeps moving. From the blue-hued docks of the water moon to the heartbreaking finality of the watch stopping, this episode proves why Jet is the "father" and the heart of the ship.
