Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), today announced it has completed the acquisition of National Independent Brokers, Inc. (“National Independent Brokers”), a Minnesota based insurance agency focused on Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement products. National Independent Brokers was previously owned by Lenny Anderson, founder & CEO of GoldenCare USA, which also joined Integrity earlier this year. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1974, National Independent Brokers is one of the largest distributors of Medicare related insurance products in Minnesota through its career agency distribution system. As part of the transaction, Integrity has made immediate investments to prepare for the significant growth opportunities in Minnesota this Medicare Annual Enrollment Period. As part of these initiatives, Integrity has hired additional employees and agents, and increased National Independent Brokers’ office space.
