Did I buy a bad DC51T Suzuki Carry from Japanese auction??

Another kei vehicle from my recent 5 car haul. What did I get myself into? This DC51T is broken and caused me to waste a bunch of time at the port trying to get it going.
I now have it at home and getting settled in with having all these cars in my driveway to figure out what I'm going to do next.
My DC51B heavy dump Carry also acted up and the battery decided to die on me. At least that was an easy fix.
