Great day spent at The Merseyside Transport Trust open day at Burscough. There was a fine selection of buses on show at the car park/Airfield just along the road from the main Depot with a shuttle bus connecting both every 10 minutes.
Buses were also in service to Ormskirk bus station and Burscough Bridge railway station. The circular bus service calling at Heatons Bridge and The Farmers Arms Public Houses was once again very popular.
Its been a while since I last visited the MTT Open Day so it was great to see the progress the Friends of the 502 Group have made.
