Konami Python 2 arcade Japan set all in one 47G HDD Image in pcsx2. You can easily run any arcade game by switching between Black Dongles and emulated USB p2io devices. You also need to switch between bootloader versions, which can be done via the built-in ulaunchelf (for switching into bootloader versions before v2) or via cropped update disks (for v2 bootloader).
HDD Image contains only Japan sets and only the latest versions. All data in total takes 47 Gb that is larger than official Sony HDD (40 Gb). For fitting into 40 G DrumMani 2 and DrumMania 3 can be removed from hdd image.

Currently, for running on real hardware you need to use the very same HDD that was used for dumping, so hddid of the HDD should match. It is not necessary to use the same console, you can use any other console and just replace ilink id in NVRAM with mechapwn help. Except of p2io device you will need the ps2 controller connected for making initial preparation for game selection. Also, as the video is going through a p2io device that accepts only VGA modes, you need to set up initially blindly or, you should connect the ps2 to another tv before starting the arcade.
