Vegan Oxtail Recipe super tasty gluten free soy free (spicy)

Caribbean vegan oxtail - full recipe coming soon in our cookbook... this is a sneak peak of how we prepare our oxtail here at Juuuicy / Mama's Vegan Cocina. Please be patient with us as we learn to make this videos...normally we cook without specific measurements just by tasting and have never taught cooking class so this is a new adventure for us too! I love using jackfruit for anything i can so I consider myself a #jackfruit #jackfruitlover ;) This is one of the most time consuming menu items but since the day we launched this menu item it has been so hugely popular! This has a Dominican Jamaican-inspired flavors so this is def a very Caribbean vegan oxtail to try to make at home or come enjoy it at the restaurant! Its mild not spicy at all - but to kickup the flavor a notch add some extra scotch bonnet peppers/ japalenos and you are good to go!!!c
