Massage for the Intercostal Muscles

This video tutorial covers massage techniques that are suitable only for those clients whose asthma is stable. The therapies demonstrated in this tutorial focus mainly on massage for the outer intercostal muscles which are often ignored in healthy people but which can store tension for a variety of reasons.

Please be aware of the massage contraindications as stated in the video tutorial. Please also be aware that the ribs are sensitive with the level of sensitivity differing greatly between clients.
