Today, I’m 42 lbs lighter (and counting!) than I was when I started my weight loss journey.
My story is not one of overnight success.
Just like everyone else, I am a work in progress. I know it's tough but as they say, tough situations build tough people, and a tough mama like me!

You can do this also! All you have to do is START RIGHT NOW.

Chop 1 head lettuce
Thinly sliced carrots
Thinly sliced singkamas
Diced cucumber
Super oa Kani.. shredded
Diced one side of mango
Cut seaweed strips
Then a whole lot of oa ebiko
Dressing:
6 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds
4 tbsp generous japanese mayo
4 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp kikoman
Sugar to your liking id put like 2tbsp
1 tsp mirin
Just mix it all up.
Basta everything i do oa and generous amount hahahaha yung natatapon in the measuring spoon :joy:
For the kani salad recipe
Smoothie recipe
Frozen Banana, strawberries and blueberries
1 cup spinach
3/4cup almond milk
A little honey
Steamed fish
1 slab white fish
3pcs ginger
Onion leaks
With assorted veggies (carrots & broccoli)
on the other layers
Bbq chicken salad
2 chicken breasts (season with salt & pepper)
1 head romaine lettuce
2 tomatoes chopped
1 cup corn
1 cup singkamas chopped
1/2 black beans
1/2 cup cilantro
1/4c basil
Ranch dressing
Bbq sauce
