Compare prices on drugstore brands. Ulta's prices are usually highest, BUT their deals are often the best too
I drew two possible conclusions for why the results ended up as they did, but after filming I got to thinking: none of the luxury brands that I tested are HIGHLY recommended among skincare enthusiasts (even La Mer is iffy). Maybe a third conclusion is to leave perfume brands to making perfume, and skincare brands to making skincare?
