MTG old school THE budget DECK: build a respectable deck filled up with STAPLES for just 80€

For just 80€ you can buy Fourth Edition cards (played conditions or better) that are staples in the format. The deck features the best removal spells and some of the best creatures in old school, alongside global removals like Armageddon and Wrath of God. While also ramping. Not a single card from this deck will be a waste for future projects!
This deck has a shaky manabase, but you are going to fix that in the future. Birds of Paradise, Land Tax, City of Brass and Dust to Dust come next. At that point you can add Demonic Tutor and Mind Twist. Sylvan Library is also very nice. Savannahs wouldn't hurt, and I'm not even mentioning the power 9 plus (Fourth Edition) Serendib Efreet.
However this deck is very good even without the power 9, just using Land Tax and 2.5 colours.
