Hey everyone, I wanted to take a moment to give a massive shout-out to my friend and brother PI Tha General for his story on growing up in the Compton Raymonds hood. As someone who grew up in this community, he can honestly say that it wasn't always an easy journey.
he came from a family that was always making sure that they always made ends meet, but he never had to grow up in a gang. His friends and he would always be there for each other, and he never witnessed any violence between them. But like any community, it has its issues, and there have been plenty of times when he had to stand up and speak out on his behalf and for others who have been impacted by the violence.
I give thanks for being able to take the time to create this show and give us a platform to share our stories. It's important that we come together and support one another in these trying times. I hope that through this show, we can foster a sense of community and understanding within Raymond's hood.
I'm really looking forward to seeing the show go out and about and meeting all of the amazing people who have come out to support it. Let's keep the momentum going and continue to make Compton a better place. Thank you so much for supporting this show for us. We appreciate you.
