£14 bus from VILNIUS, Lithuania to RIGA, Latvia

Hi everyone! This is episode four of my Baltics plus Finland series in which I travel to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland. In this video, I swap one Baltic capital for another by travelling from Vilnius to Riga. I decided to travel by bus which took about five hours, and this video will show you my experience as well as what to expect when taking this journey in winter.

The vlog starts with me walking to the Vilnius bus station, which is the biggest bus station in the Baltics. I arrive early to familiarise myself with and explore the bus station, and grab a quick coffee before boarding.

I provide commentary on various elements of the journey, both verbal and in written form (as I didn't want to talk too much to annoy the other passengers!). We will drive through some interesting towns and magical landscapes covered in snow.

After arrival in Riga, I give a quick summary of my experience and some useful tips to keep in mind if you're ever thinking of doing this trip.

I then head into Riga to find my accommodation and give a tour of it, before calling it a day after a long bus journey!
