We are thrilled to show you Alabama Football's brand new state-of-the-art weight room, the result of months of hard work and collaboration.

Thanks to an incredible collaboration between the Alabama Football Strength and Conditioning Staff, EliteForm, and Sorinex, we've brought the vision of our Director of Sports Performance, David Ballou, to life! This fully custom, multi-million dollar facility spans an impressive 37,000 square feet, connecting the Mal Moore Athletic Facility to the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility.

Featuring 30 tailor-made and scientifically advanced racks, the weight room is built to optimize your training experience. One top priority is Velocity-Based Training, and we've integrated custom EliteForm setups on each rack, complete with a one-of-a-kind 27" screen for instant feedback.
