LTP Boiled linseed oil is available to order at https://www.ltp-online.co.uk/ Feel free to phone to ask for your nearest stockist.

From laying adhesive all the way to sealing and then aftercare.
Firstly mix your grey adhesive and apply to your primed concrete or timber surface, and spread out evenly using a notched trowel.

Lay the terracotta evenly allowing for a minimum 5-10 mm grout joint and leave the adhesive to set according to manufacturers instructions.

Once the adhesive has set apply an even coat of LTP Boiled Linseed Oil, and allow the linseed oil to absorb into the tile.
(Allow 4hours between coats) remove any un-absorbed oil from the surface after one hour. Apply until terracotta is fully saturated.

24 hours after the oiling, apply an even coat of LTP antique wax, ( this should be done before grouting) and leave the wax for 20-30 minutes. Then buff the surface to a shine with a stiff brush.

Then grout in the joints using a grout float. Leave for the recommended time and sponge off the residues.
Once dry dust off any remaining grout residues, and apply a further coat of LTP Antique wax and leave to dry overnight.

Optional:
If extra wax protection is required apply 2-3 coats of LTP Ironwax gloss, and allow 3 dry days to cure.
