Structure and Components

Machine Frame
The main body is a sturdy welded structure that supports the entire equipment, typically made of carbon steel or stainless steel (e.g., SUS304/SUS316) for corrosion resistance.

Mixing Blades (Kneading Paddles)
Types: Common designs include Sigma-type (double blades), Z-type, and fishtail-type, selected based on material characteristics.
Material: Wear-resistant alloy steel or stainless steel, with some requiring coating treatment.

Transmission System
Consists of a motor (variable frequency speed control or fixed speed), reducer, and coupling, providing power and speed regulation.

Heating/Cooling System
Jacket or electric heating module, allowing steam, thermal oil, or cooling water circulation, with a typical temperature range of room temperature to 300°C.

Discharge Mechanism
Hydraulic tilting, screw discharge, or manual discharge, with automated designs common in large-scale equipment.

Control System
PLC or manual control, capable of integrating parameters such as temperature, time, and rotational speed.

Working Principle

Mixing Process:
Two blades rotate countercurrently at different speeds (speed ratio typically 1:1.5 to 1:2), generating shear, compression, and folding actions to achieve homogeneous mixing.

Kneading Action:
High-viscosity materials are repeatedly stretched and torn between the blades, enabling dispersion, plasticization, or chemical reactions.
