Coyote 5.0 Engine Build Part 3 - Rod Stretch/ Oil pump install

This video covers connecting rod bolt stretch and assembly of the oil pump to finish up the completion of a Gen 1 Coyote 5.0L engine.

It is important to note if you are running the ARP main stud kit for your engine build it is going to be necessary to counter sink your oil pick up tube spacer. ARP has specific instructions on how to do this. After that modification is made you are not in the clear just yet, you MUST VERIFY your oil pick up tube to oil pan clearance. Use the clay method. If you have an aftermarket high flow pick up tube that has a mesh screen on the end just place a piece of 2" painter tape and then place your clay ball on top of that.
