STOP Your iPhone From Recording Phone Call Conversations

Hi. I am going to show you where to go on your smartPhone to turn off the call recording feature on iPhone. Although you may need to activate some buttons before you actually can start recording a call, the call recording feature is on by default. But you can always turn it off.
My callers kept complaining they could not understand what I was saying, I sound like I'm under water, and my speech sounds garbled, so I opted to disable the call recording feature.
Some people love this feature, while others hate it. By learning how to toggle this feature on and off will give you the option of recording when you need to and stop recording when you don't. Call recording is on by default on iPhones when you upgrade to iOS 18.
How do I block someone from recording the phone call on their side of the call, you may ask. You can't. If their phone is set up or they have apps that are capable of recording, there's nothing you can do except if you think/know you are being recorded, you can simply hang up. There are states with different laws concerning this, so feel free to check yours.
