Tobia Scarpa, Italian architect and designer, is a leading figure in the field of design and architecture. Born in 1935 in Venice, he followed in the footsteps of his father, the architect
Carlo Scarpa. His career has been characterized by an experimental and innovative approach
to design, working with important companies such as Flos and B&B Italia. Scarpa has created iconic furniture and lighting, with a distinctive and functional style. He has received numerous awards, including the Compasso d'Oro and the Compasso Volante Award. His design legacy
is still evident and continues to influence and inspire designers around the world.
