Final Project: Research about Mental Health Awarness

Mental health awareness refers to actions aimed at reducing the social stigma of psychological disorders. Misconceptions about mental health often keep individuals silent about their conditions, resulting in the illness going untreated. Mental health awareness helps increase understanding of the complexities of psychology and access to healthcare providers for mental and behavioral health care. Today, society, especially the younger generation, is starting to be more open to mental health issues. Social media has become a primary avenue for the younger generation to gain understanding and awareness of the importance of mental health.
