Dairy is one of the inseparable parts of Persian food, we eat dairy both with food and cooked in various dishes such as eggplant Deep (kask a Bademjan) , Kalejoosh, Tahchin, etc.,
today I decided to Take care of the garden and cook local soup (ash Dogh) ) and meatballs, the taste of creamy buttermilk with meatball is one of the nostalgic flavors for me, which reminds me of my childhood memories in the village. I hope you enjoy.
