Kawasaki ZX6R 636 Rebuild PT.1 - Teardown

Hey everyone
I had this Kawasaki ZX6R 2003 model for the past 7 years
I took this bike to a different country but Im not allowed to ride it with UK papers and I can’t even transfer the bike’s UK log book to the new country’s logbook because of the EU regulations.
My only option was to buy a frame and move everything from the old frame to the new frame.
This bike is 19 years old and the wet English weather did a number on it.
It has several corroded parts, bolts and the broken fairings need to be fixed and repainted.
In this case I decided to fix all the issues and have a few upgrades and change the look around the new frame.
The whole frame and wheels will get a new colour by powder coating it. The engine has an oil leak, so that needs fixing as well.
