No, the slugs were not fed to the chickens.
Things I learned today:
the morning after it rains, Edmonton streets fill with earthworms. Wageningen streets fill with slugs
brahma chickens are quiet
a lot of chicken things
there are a lot of touch screen coffee machines here
lots of homes keep hobbies such as backyard chickens, greenhouses, or kids playgrounds (swingset, trampoline)
