Hi! I’m Asi, and today we’re making a genius no-bread sandwich — using just corn and cheese as the base! It’s golden, flexible, and perfect for wrapping up your favorite fillings.

We start by spreading canned corn in a baking dish and topping it with a generous layer of mozzarella and cheddar. After pressing it down firmly, we bake it at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes until it turns golden and holds together like a flatbread.

Once it cools slightly, we peel it off the paper and spread a creamy yogurt-garlic sauce over the surface. Then comes the fun part — layering in deli meat, lettuce, pickles, tomato, and onion. Fold it up like a wrap and enjoy a warm, melty sandwich with no bread in sight!

Mozzarella and cheddar cheese – 200 grams (7.05 oz)
Canned corn – 200 grams (7.05 oz)
Black pepper – to taste
Yogurt – 3 tablespoons
Garlic – 1 clove
