Susan Carlson: Unconventional Uses for Scissors in Fabric Collage

Appliqué scissors, or pelican-bladed scissors, might be unfamiliar to you. I love them and have used them for decades because of how well they cut. But I also use my scissors as others might use tweezers or other implements for manipulating the tiny bits of fabric I use in my collages.
