Dickinson College hosts voter registration event for students

It’s National Voter Registration Day, which marks a good time to make sure you’re registered to vote and get to know who’s on the ballot.

We’re less than two months away from the presidential election in November, so Dickinson College is using this day to remind people why voting is so important.

On the Britton Plaza, students, faculty and staff will gather for a voter registration event at noon until 1:15 p.m. The event is hosted by “Dickinson Votes,” the college’s nonpartisan voter engagement initiative. It’s designed to get students involved in the democratic process.
