I'm in the depth of perimenopause right now and dealing with lots of changes including sleep disruption, heart palpitations, and weight gain. It's so frustrating! But, I'm learning a lot about how to manage these changes with diet, lifestyle, AND estrogen supplementation.

I follow a mostly Paleo approach that is gluten-free and dairy-free, and mostly grain-free. I find this also helps manage symptoms of autoimmune disease and keeps my antibody levels low.
