Gesloten Cirkel is the alias of an enigmatic producer, supposedly from Russia. Meaning "closed circle" in Dutch, the name comes from a quote from I-f during an interview in the documentary "When I Sold My Soul To The Machine" about The Hague music scene. Also releases as Ratsnake.
