My Most-Used WoW Macros! Easy Macros to Improve WoW Gameplay

My most-used macros! Looking at what WoW Macros are and how I use macros in WoW to improve everything including healing, disenchanting, PvP targeting, PVE marking and more. Find some macro templates below to make your own! Macros containing spells will typically take on the icon of that spell automatically- if not or if you want something else, you're free to select your own macro icon from the menu.

Mouseover Macro (for healing or friendly spells onto allies- swap the spell name in for Heal)

Basic Shift Mod Macro (you can swap in Alt or add more lines with options for nomod, shift, alt)

Raid Marker Skull Macro (swap other numbers for the 8 to change the marker)
