The Story: When this guy was approached by police for driving recklessly in a slow zone, he decided to get cocky and test his luck, thinking he had the advantage.

When police directed him to stop and come over, he decided to do this instead:

The man, thinking they had no way of getting to him, taunted them repeatedly.

When he refused to stop, police decided they had enough to arrest him.

And while he thought he might have gotten away, what he didn’t know was that his girlfriend was already cooperating with the cops, providing his ID, and even apologized for his behavior.

The officers let the woman know they would be showing up at their house if they missed him departing from the boat ramp.
