today we are going to make 2 types of Pachadi. Ash Gourd Pachadi and Red Spinach Pachadi . Just try and enjoy the taste..!!

Ingredients - Ash Gourd Pachadi
Ash gourd - 250gm
green chilly - 2 +1 no
Curd - 3/4 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup
cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
mustard seeds - 2 tsp
Salt

coconut oil - 2 tsp
mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
red chilly - 2 nos
curry leaves

Ingredients - Keerai Pachadi
Red Spinach - 150gm
curd - 3/4 cup
coconut - 1/2 cup
mustard seeds - 2 tsp
green chilly - 2 +1 no
Salt

Coconut Oil - 2 tsp
mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
red chilly - 2 nos
curry leaves
