[Flight Review] FD4104 Bangkok - Chiang Mai | Thai AirAsia Domestic Flight | 9 July 2024

Flying with Thai AirAsia from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to Chiang Mai. Even though it has a home base at Don Mueang Airport, it also operates some popular destination flights from BKK. We boarded on time but were stuck at the bay for 30 minutes and took a long takeoff queue due to heavy traffic. This always happens at this airport if flying in the morning or evening (such as in the previous Taipei flight clip). We landed on time but, yes, it also took time for taxiing and disembarkation, so it should be considered late. The flight was smooth and had less turbulence compared to afternoon flights in this rainy season.
