**Fresh Atap rice flour 3 cups
**Semolina 2 cups
**Date palm jaggery 100 gms
**2-3 cups of full cream milk
**Khoya Kheer
**Very little amount of cooking oil

Patishapta is basically a crepe dish made with rice flour and is stuffed with a coconut and jaggery mixture or with khoya kheer. Rice is soaked for 2-3 hours and after that make it dry and smoothly grind it for use to make a batter. The filling of khoya is only milk solids obtained by simmering & reducing full fat milk until all the liquid evaporates.
