Arabian Pudding 🍮
Ingredients :
500ml Milk
2tbsp Custard Powder
1/2 Cup Sugar or as per taste
200ml Fresh Cream
Condensed Milk (as per taste)
1/2tsp Vanilla Essence
Slice Bread
Chopped Nuts (Almonds & Pistachios)
Method :
1. Mix custard powder and 1/2 Cup milk (125ml) till lump free.
2. Add balance milk to a sauce pan alomg with sugar and bring to a boil.
3. Add custard mix and mix well. Cook for 2 - 3 mins till it thickens.
4. Mix fresh cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence and set aside.
5. Cut & remove the corners of the slice bread.
6. Arrange a layer of slice bread in a tray.
7. Pour custard mixture on it just enough for the bread to soak it.
8. Add another layer of slice bread on it.
9. Pour custard mixture on it again and spread.
10. You can make 2 or 3 layers.
11. Pour cream condensed milk mixture over it and spread.
12. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
13. Allow it to set for 5 - 6 hours and enjoy.
