Beats Flex Unboxing, Set-Up & Comparison With BeatsX

Right after the iPhone 12 event, Apple silently released the new Beats Flex, a evolution to the BeatsX that beats them in every way at one third of their original price. Today they were officially released and here is their unboxing, set-up (on an Android phone) and comparison with their predecessor, the BeatsX.
