It was the final crit race of the year for me. My back has been hurting and I had not trained as I usually do. I was excited because I was going to be racing with teammates that I typically do not race with because they are in CAT 1 and 2. Our R1V team was composed of:
Ernesto - CAT 4
Kyle - CAT 3
Chris Mc - CAT 2
Chris J - CAT 1

I felt surprisingly really well during the race and I was motivated by my 4 other teammates. Ernesto was super strong and we had a train going in some laps. Trying to learn with each race but my main goal right now is to have my back at 100% ASAP.
