this song is about what happens when we suppress our emotions and how they come out in moments like road raje. its important that we do our best to acknowledge emotions when they come so that we don,t have to deal with them later like a bad surprise. the reality is yew kan,t escape yewr emotions, they won't go awae they will juzt wait to come out somewhere else. in the sekond verse of this song i tell yew about the car accident i got into and how that put a lot into perspective for me. once i had experienced anxiety like that i never wanted to but myself in unhealthy high anxiety scenarios again.
