With (various Oblivion PvM members)
Note that there is no 500 clear in this video: I still don't have a yellow Keris so it would have been pointless to record an example run, plenty of examples on Youtube. Also some of the clips had to be muted because my OBS audio settings were messed up (sorry).
It's also currently possible to 'reset' many of these tasks by dying and re-attempting the room. It's unclear if this is intentional or not, but it might be patched.
0:00 All Praise Zebak
Not a particularly difficult task, much like the zero prayer loss Fight Caves task it's better to tank damage than risk losing a prayer point. The room can be restarted to re-attempt the task. If you have a very bad internet connection, it's possible to complete this task using a venge method (see my 500 video) but it will likely be faster/cheaper to just attempt the task normally (and if you need to use the venge method anyway, you're not going to complete GM anyway)
4:36 Perfection of Het (no audio)
Puzzle room omitted. Best completed in a duo, the main strategy is to have one player do a 2:0 Ahkka method, and have the other stay on the outside of the room and use a diagonal pathing method to avoid damage from the memory special. Orb phase is all about being patient, not running into a cluster of orbs trying to hit the shadow, and will require a few tries for most players.
7:58 Akkhan't Do it (no audio)
Basically the same as the previous task but the memory special is 6 long instead of 4 and it doesn't require any resetting. Included for completeness.
12:17 Perfection of Apmeken
Very easy task, if you're struggling with getting sub 3 waves it's easier to have more people in the raid.
17:43 Perfection of Scabaras
Easy, self-explanatory task (included for completeness).
21:55 Perfection of Crondis (no audio)
Another easy task (included for completeness).
25:15 Insanity
I'd recommend saving all salts from the ghost for Wardens so that you can do 4 resets. Currently if you tank (one maybe 2) of the P1 orb mechanics it fails the task, so block a lot of orbs to slow down P1 specials. Do whatever warden you find easier. It's not a particularly difficult task if you're familiar with the boss, but similar to Perfect Verzik it's easy to make a mistake in a relatively long fight like Wardens. There's a devious 1 way augury ZCB spec at the end (calculated).
31:37 Tombs Speed Runner III (no audio)
(other than finding 7 other players) It's not really a 'hard' speed task, the gear requirement is quite high though. I'd recommend having 2 red Keris (a primary and secondary) and 6 ZCB players on the team, venge, thralls and SBS. Some brief room outlines:
Zebak: Do it first and reset for a decent puzzle, red keris then ZCB the boss, and do the same for the 2nd spec towards the end of the boss. Thrall/tank venges
Kephri: Assign who is going to solve the final puzzle beforehand, same for swarm duty. Thrall/tank venges, red Keris into ZCB at the start and end of Kephri. Kill the ranger as normal, do 3 hits on the melee before hitting the mager.
Ahkka: Choose power, one person does 2:0 kiting, don't have thralls up for enrage phase.
Baba: Focus shamans during waves and generally try to avoid losing ticks (might be useful to have someone with chins to hit thrall clumps). For the boss, everyone adrens into red Keris double ZCB. Drag the boss to the west to prepare for a skip. After the first boulders, red Keri into ZCB and drag west again (don't bother going for boulders, tank the attack if required). After 2nd boulders, probably fang spec and expect to tank a boulder/run to one.
Wardens: Red Keris double ZCB, co-ordinate red Keris on core during p2 (do 1 dds poke then 4 specs into fang hit or better, similar for the 2nd down). You can try and co-ordinate Keris ZCB cycles at P3 or just red Keris after every skull phase and ZCB whenever.
49:57 Maybe I'm the boss.
Basically everything has been covered already, ToA is not a mechanically difficult raid (included for completeness). Accidentally blocked the wrong warden, try to avoid doing this. It's easiest to do this in a duo to save 10 mins at Kephri, but it's also easily soloable if you take a Craw's bow to deal with Medic swarms.
Nobody asked, but ToA CA is really not a good update by Jagex. Zero QA on release, the tasks are generally easy, various tasks are bugged (and currently still bugged as of the release of this video), there is no 'Perfect ToA' even though the only really difficult room is Ahkka which could just be reset. In their defence ToA is not a mechanically difficult enough raid to devise difficult Combat Achievements. :chatting:
