This video take place on the southern part of the Genesee River. I start fishing a hopper dropper rig with a pheasant tail nymph dropper. That catches me my first fish. The fishing wasn't going as good as I thought it should, so I decided to flip over a couple rock to figure out what the trout were eating. Small mayflies, so I rigged up a purple fork tail thing and almost instantly caught a better fish. as the day progressed so did the size of the fish. one of them being a monster rainbow trout.
