PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Transforming the 14th floor of the Jafza One Convention Centre in Dubai into a vibrant and dynamic workspace, BASICS Architects design for a French beverage company reflects a global work culture. Overcoming challenges posed by the irregular site shape, the office maximizes natural light with two glass facades overlooking the JAFZA port, fostering a connection to the outside. The central island, highlighted by a wooden baffle ceiling, anchors the open office, while exposed RCC ceilings contribute an industrial aesthetic. Brand themes subtly incorporated through accent colors and graphics unify the space, creating a collaborative and cohesive environment. Embracing a biophilic design, natural materials and vegetation enhance employee well-being and productivity. Ergonomic furniture choices prioritize comfort, emphasizing the brand's commitment to employee satisfaction. The result is a harmonious fusion of colors, materials, and patterns, creating a bright, collaborative, and dynamic workspace.
