The Breville Precision Brewer®, the world’s first 60 oz drip coffee maker with the precision required to brew craft filter coffee automatically in under 7 minutes, making 12 cups of delicious coffee.

Our precision coffee brewer has interchangeable dual filter baskets with both Flat Bottom and Cone Filter baskets available, allowing you to choose the basket that is suited to your flavor preference. It also has:
6 unique brewing modes so you can enjoy the perfect, balanced coffee exactly the way you like it. Preset modes include Gold, Fast, Strong, Over ice, Cold Brew and My Brew
The pour over adapter (sold separately) allows you to use your favorite pour over dripper, such as Hario V60 or Kalita Wave, in place of the regular brew basket for perfect tasting coffee, just the way you like it
Precise and adjustable control over temperature, flow rate and contact time using PID temperature control, Pump and a Thermo-Coil Heating System
The ‘Gold Cup’ preset mode that automatically adjusts the water temperature and brew time to meet the standards set by the SCA
A steep & release valve that holds the water in contact with the coffee when small cup volumes are being brewed without the carafe in place, automatically
My brew setting allowing you to customize the parameters like bloom time, brew temperature and flow rate to suit the particular coffee you're using
