We tell you the top five skills to get early for Odin's dives into the underworld of Niflheim in which you battle the dragon Nidhogg and Hel herself for the life of Odin's dead son Baldur. You should fill out the mode's skill tree at the raven perch in Odin's camp after or before every run. Memories are the XP in this rogue-lite mode and can purchase skills which can be used for all subsequent runs or favors which can only be used on the next run. Good Start, Brush with Death, Adrenaline Upgrade, Double Edge, and Fight Ready are the skills you should purchase first. Odin can reset skills in his camp but not during runs into Nilfheim.
