Ingredients : For 150 Puri
For Pani Puri Pani :
1 cup mint
2 cup green Coriander
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 3 to 4 cloves
2 ltr Water
5 tbsp Tamarind water
Salt to test
2 tsp Black Salt
1/4 tsp asafoetida Powder
2 tsp Cumin Powder
2 tsp Pani Puri Masala
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
4 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Choped Onion
Ice cubes
Green Corinder Chopped

For Pani Puri Masala :
1½ Cup Boiled brown Chickpeas
1 kg Boiled Potato
Green Corinder , Ginger, Green Chili, Mint crushed
2 tbsp Onion chopped
Salt to test
1 tsp Pani Puri Masala
1 tsp Cumin Powder ,
1 tsp Black Salt
2 tsp Red chili Powder
Green Coriander Chopped
