"84 ਤੋ ਬਾਅਦ" ਇੱਕ ਐਸੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਸਮਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸੇ ਬੇਗੁਨਾਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਰਦ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਨਾ ਉਹ ਮਿਲਟੈਂਟਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਸਕੇ, ਨਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਜੁਲਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕੋ "ਅਪਰਾਧ" ਸੀ — ਉਹ ਜੀਵਿਤ ਸਨ।
