Here I am doing the IronMind Crushed to Dust Challenge in 8 seconds. For this challenge you have to lift 200lbs on the Rolling Thunder, 45lbs on the IronMind Hub, and close a Captains of Crush #2 Gripper with a credit card set within a 3 minute time limit.

For this attempt, I did 206.1lbs on the Rolling Thunder and 52.9lbs on the IronMind Hub simultaneously (the extra weight was because I am lazy), and then closed a Captains of Crush #2 with no set, which is more difficult than a credit card set. From the initial pull on the devices to the time the handles touch on the gripper is 8 seconds.

I challenge folks out there who want to take Crushed to Dust to the next level to see how quickly you can complete it.
