One change that added big results to the liver flush. A liver flush consists of seven days of malic acid or apple juice, cleaning the colon, Epson salt at 6pm and 8pm, then typically grapefruit juice. In this case, I switched to lemon juice and added a teaspoon of Epson salt to the mixture. At 6am, Epson salt, and at 8am, Epson salt, then cleaning the colon. This small change seemed to give my best results in years. See you at the end of the video. None of this is advice. It is only my own experience.
