this ended up being much more au-ish than I had planned, anyway I'm going to write here the plot, even if it's not original and pretty obvious:

Betty Cooper is the perfect girl next door, who lives in the perfect house, with the perfect family, perfect grades, and the perfect boyfriend.

One night, she was out on a date with her boyfriend, Archie Andrews, when she met the new girl, Veronica Lodge.
Since that moment, she started to think about her all the time, to the point that Archie realizes that something was off about her.

Betty tries not to talk to Veronica because she doesn't know how she is feeling and because her mother told her that she was bad company. Still, she ends up inviting Veronica to a sleepover, in spite of Alice's wishes for them to not be friends.
In that sleepover, both B&V end up discussing the feelings they both have and kiss. And, at that moment, everything was perfect. Until Betty looked out her window and saw that Archie had seen everything.

The following day she goes to dinner with Archie to explain everything, but Archie forgives her and decides not to break up. Betty agrees.

On Monday, Betty pretends like nothing ever happened between her and Veronica. She decides to stay as "little miss perfect", and that includes her quarterback boyfriend, it didn't matter that she didn't have feelings for him.
